With nearly 20 years of experience in franchising, construction, and project management, Brian has played a role in the development, buildout, and installation of more than 200 franchise locations. Before joining the S&S team, he worked in custom fabrication and brand design, where he first partnered with the brand through a trusted vendor. Brian brings a unique blend of franchise expertise and hands-on design experience to maintaining and evolving the S&S brand standards.

Brandi Wiles is the Director of Grooming Operations for Scissors & Scotch, with nearly two decades of experience in men’s grooming, education, and technical leadership.
After eight years of educating for American Crew, she now leads technical development across the S&S system, shaping the brand’s specialized cutting system and building training programs that guide stylists from new hire to advanced certification. Brandi is known for her clarity, technical precision, and commitment to raising the standard of craftsmanship across every S&S location.

Dr. Janine Stichter is a behavioral scientist, executive coach, and performance consultant who has partnered with Scissors & Scotch leadership for several years to strengthen communication, accountability, and growth across the organization.
She works with executives and multi-unit leaders across industries, helping them lead more effectively under pressure—across teams, with peers, and with ownership. Through her consulting practice, Janine focuses on turning behavioral science and emotional intelligence into practical leadership tools leaders can apply immediately.

Erik Anderson is the founder of Scissors & Scotch and has spent his career building brands centered around hospitality, experience, and community. Since launching the first location in Omaha, he has helped grow the concept into a nationally recognized brand that blends men’s grooming with a welcoming lounge environment.
Erik remains deeply involved in the vision and evolution of the brand, focused on creating businesses that deliver exceptional experiences for clients while providing meaningful opportunities for the teams behind the bar, desk and chair.

Bryan understands business from the ground up and is driven to help operators step into ownership and build something lasting — not just profitable, but meaningful.

Her work focuses on a central question: how do you scale genuine connection across a growing brand? Melody blends culture with systems to create practical tools that help leaders build accountability, confidence, and space for creative individuality.

Kerry Lebel is the owner of the Scissors & Scotch Charlotte location and a deeply hands-on operator who spends most of his time in the shop alongside his team and clients. Known for his obsession with the details that drive performance—from KPIs and scheduling to operational systems—Kerry is always digging into what truly makes a shop succeed. He believes most problems are solvable, most processes can be improved, and “we’ve always done it this way” is rarely the best answer.
